► United Financial Investments (UFICO) is a Jordanian public shareholding company acting as a stockbroker at Amman Stock Exchange. It was established in 1980 as a private company. In 1996, UFICO was transformed to a public shareholding company with a paid-up capital of JD 1.5 million. Furthermore, UFICO's capital was raised to JD 2 million. On January 4 th , 2006, the company's Board of Directors has recommended the General Assembly of the company to increase the paid-in capital from JD 2 million to JD 5 million, through stock dividends and at a ratio of 150%.
► United Financial Investments is a highly sophisticated financial services firm specializing in brokerage & trading and financial markets research. The company is set to provide differentiated Brokerage & Trading and research services that exceed any other brokerage firm in the kingdom.
► United Financial Investments maintained a strong growth in profitability in the past five years. For the year ended 2005, UFICO's pre-taxed profits surged by 316% to reach a record of JD 5 million. Shareholders' equity grew by 180% to JD 15.3 million.
► Despite the strong competition in the brokerage market and the entry of more than 30 new broker into the market, UFICO has maintained its share of the total volume trades in Jordanian Dinars and reached a volume of JD 1.4 billion in 2005, that is a market share of 4.1%
► The Board of directors of UFICO has taken this move with a point of anticipation for the potential economic growth that Jordan and the region are expected to experience. The new structure of UFICO provides financial services, which are directly connected with financial markets, and is bound to place UFICO among the major top firms operating in the ASE.

• الشركة المتحدة للإستثمارات المالية (UFICO) هي شركة مساهمة عامة أردنية تعمل في مجال الوساطة المالية في سوق عمان المالي. تم تأسيسها سنة 1980 كشركة خاصة، وتم تحويلها سنة 1996 إلى شركة مساهمة عامة برأسمال مدفوع قدره 1.5 مليون دينار أردني، وفيما بعد ارتفع رأس مال الشركة حتى وصل 2 مليون دينار أردني. وفي 14/6/2006م ارتفع رأس المال الدفوع من 2 مليون دينار أردني إلى 5 مليون، من خلال توزيع أسهم مجانية على المساهمين وبنسبة 150%.
• الشركة المتحدة للإستثمارات المالية هي مؤسسة خدمات مالية متميزة ، متخصصة في التداول والوساطة المالية والأبحاث في مجال الأسواق المالية. تأسست هذه الشركة لتزويد خدمات الوساطة المالية وأبحاث متميزة تتجاوز أداء أي مؤسسة وساطة مالية أخرى في المملكة.
• اتخذ مجلس الإداره للشركة المتحدة للإستثمارات المالية هذه الخطوة أخذا بعين الاعتبار التوقعات المتعلقة بالنمو الاقتصادي الذي يتوقع أن يحققه الأردن والمنطقة. أن البنية الحديثة للشركة المتحدة للإستثمارات المالية التي تقوم بتزويد خدمات مالية مرتبطة بشكل مباشر مع الأسواق المالية وهدفت لوضع الشركة المتحدة للإستثمارات المالية بين المؤسسات الرئيسية المتميزة في سوق عمان المالي.
• حققت الشركة المتحدة للإستثمارات المالية نمواً كبيراً في الأرباح في السنوات الخمسة الماضية، وبنهاية سنة 2005 نمت الأرباح ما قبل الضرائب للشركة بنسبة 316%، لتصل إلى 5 مليون دينار أردني. كما نمت حقوق المساهمين بنسبة 180% لتصل 15.3 مليون
• بالرغم من المنافسة القوية في سوق الوساطة مالية ودخول أكثر من 30 شركة وساطة مالية جديدة إلى السوق، إلا أن المتحدة قد احتفظت بحصتها في حجم التداول الكلي بالدينار الأردني ووصلت حصتها إلى 1.4 بليون دينار أردني سنة 2005، وحصتها بالسوق 4.1%.
